7 days upon receipt notification of return policy :

We will be notified that you have received your item. 

Notify us of your intention to return item/items within 7 days of receipt of item(s): 

 After you have received your item(s), you have 7 days in which you should decide if you want to keep the item(s). After you have notified us, you have an additional 10 days for us to receive the item(s).

you can reach us at [email protected] to let us know that you are returning the item(s).That way we will be notified about the situation and to ensure that the time period aligns with the return notice time period within our return policy. 

If you do not notify us, we will not be able to refund your money to you. We make the suggestion of notifying us, so we can have a smooth and fair processing. 

Items must be returned in clean and good condition and unworn.

After we receive the item(s), customer(s) will receive their payment return within 5 to 7 business days to their original payment method. 

Cancelations: You have a 24 hour time period to cancel your order(s).

Special conditions:

Jersey shorts or shirts that are pre-ordered and are custom made, can not be refunded because of the nature of the situation. I.e special orders with request for team logos or team names written on. And so to prevent any mistakes ,we will send customers a sample upon receipt of these special requests based on the description that such customer may send in their email so as to confirm the details of how such customer may wish to have team names, words or logo printed on their jerseys. Upon confirmation of the specifics of logos and or names of how it should be written and placed on such customer/ customers jerseys, then we will proceed to make such custom/ special order. 

Once this special/ custom order is placed, Customers have 24 hours to cancel their order. After the 24 hours period, we will have started the production process and therefore no cancelation can take place.
